By agreeing to submit this form, you hereby grant Mobile Mone permission to prepare and deliver an invoice, in the total amount presented above (excluding applicable tax). This action also grants approval for our representatives to begin the "Employee Enrollment" process; however, actual processing, account setup, associated card production, and card delivery will not begin until payment is received in full. NO MONEY need be given to our representatives, payment delivery instructions and options will be provided in the invoice.
